KOL Product Kit Registration – GLOW & SCOOP 2026

Date: 4–6 September 2026

Location: Paolo-Paolo Gelato, The Five, Bukit Damansara 

Please fill in your details and select your preferred B&B Labs products. Your RM500 kit will be prepared based on yourselection— ready for collection on your event day. (Selected KOLs will have their kits couriered to them instead. We will notify you separately if this applies to you).

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Confirmation 

  • Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. Only confirmed creators will receive an official confirmation email from B&B Labs. 

2. Product Collection & Delivery 

  • Product kits will be prepared based on your selection. 
  • Most creators will collect their kits on-site during the event. 
  • Selected creators will have their kits couriered. We will notify you in advance if this applies to you. 
  • Please ensure that all address details are accurate. B&B Labs is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect information. 
  • Product selection is subject to availability. B&B Labs reserves the right to substitute any item with a product of equivalent value if the selected item is out of stock. 

3. Content Deliverables 

  • By accepting the product kit, you agree to produce and publish the required content as outlined in your campaign brief. 
  • All content must be published within the campaign period (4–6 September 2026). 
  •  Content must include tagging @bblabs and @paolopaolo.gelato where applicable. 
  •  Hashtags to be used: #GlowAndScoop #BBlabs #PaoloPaolo #MalaysiaMonth 

4. Content Usage Rights 

  • By submitting your content, you grant B&B Labs and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to repost, share, and use your content across all marketing channels with proper credit to you. 

5. Authenticity & Honesty 

  • We value authentic experiences. You are encouraged to share your honest thoughts and genuine experiences. 
  • Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or "In partnership with"). 

6. Cancellation & No-Show 

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify the B&B Labs team at least 48 hours in advance. 
  • Failure to attend without prior notice may affect your eligibility for future collaborations. 

7. Liability & Privacy 

  • B&B Labs and Paolo-Paolo Gelato are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. 
  • Your personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of this campaign. 

8. Acknowledgment 

  • By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
