How is CustoMask different from regular facial sheet masks?

It’s microbiome-friendly which means it works with sensitive prone skin by ensuring a good amount of hydration for all formulations. Each formulation uses a different serum and mask sheet for a customised treatment for each skin concern. It uses 100% natural plant fibre sheets which are more compatible with human skin to lessen sensitive side effects.
How often should I use CustoMask?

Once a week is sufficient because our formulations are professional grade and potentbut if you feel like your skin needs a further boost, use more often.
How long should I leave CustoMask on the face?

Leave it on for 15 - 20 minutes, then remove the mask and gently tap the remaining serum onto your face. If there's leftover serum in the sachet, apply it on your face and neck.
Should I use a facial sheet mask if I have oily skin?

Most skincare brands would only have a skin drying mask for oily skin thinking that it will suck out all the excess oil from the skin. However, to ensure that the skin microbiome is in balance, it needs to have sufficient amount of hydration. Over drying the skin surface will send a signal to the oil glands to produce even more oil. Thus, with our REDUCE Purifying Bamboo Mask, the skin is well hydrated promoting better drainage while also rebalancing the skin microbiome to manage excess oil production and reduce acne inflammation.
