1. Confirmation 

Submission of this form does not guarantee participation. Only confirmed creators will receive an official confirmation message from B&B Labs. 

2. Product Collection 

• Product kits will be prepared based on your selection. 
• All creators must collect their kits on-site during the event. No show, no collection. 
• Product selection is subject to availability. B&B Labs reserves the right to substitute any item with a product of equivalent value if the selected item is out of stock. 

3. Content Deliverables 

• By accepting the product kit, you agree to produce and publish the required content as outlined in your campaign brief. 
• All content must be published before 16th September 2026. 
• Content must include tagging @bblabs.international and @paolopaologelato where applicable. 
• Hashtags to be used: #GlowAndScoop #BBLabs #PaoloPaoloGelato #MalaysiaMonth 

4. Content Usage Rights 

By submitting your content, you grant B&B Labs and its partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to repost, share, and use your content across all marketing channels with proper credit to you. 

5. Authenticity & Honesty 

We value authentic experiences. You are encouraged to share your honest thoughts and genuine experiences. 

6. Cancellation & No-Show 

• If you are unable to attend, please notify the B&B Labs team at least 48 hours in advance. 
• Failure to attend without prior notice may affect your eligibility for future collaborations. 

7. Liability & Privacy 

• B&B Labs and Paolo Paolo Gelato are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. 
• Your personal data will be collected and used solely for the purpose of this campaign. 

8. Acknowledgment 

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
