Important Update For Mobile View

Hello B&B Rewards Lab members,

There have been some changes to the functionality by the app developer for the B&B Rewards Lab system. The B&B Rewards Lab tab to manage your perks will not be available on mobile view anymore. However, this tab is still available on desktop or laptop view for you to manage your discount codes, birthday discounts, and others.

There is now a B&B Rewards Lab bar at the bottom of the page for all devices. You can only view and redeem your points for cash vouchers when using the bar.

We understand that this is an inconvenience to you, as such, we are in search for a new app
to provide you convenient access on all devices. We are looking for an alternative to transfer all your perks to the new system. As system structures may differ, we will do our best to replace any unused codes and discounts. We are aware that this may not always be possible. We will do our best to eliminate or minimise any inconveniences to you.

How to redeem?

  • Step 1

    Tap on 'B&B Rewards Lab'  tab on the bottom right of your screen.

  • Step 2

    Log in to your account and tap on the 'B&B Rewards Lab' tab again.

  • Step 3

    At the top and just under where your Lab Points are shown, tap on 'REWARDS LAB'

  • Step 4

    Select on the reward that you would like to redeem and tap 'REDEEM'.

  • Step 5

    Copy the code to use it during checkout.

  • *To checkout rewards at another time, you can check your redeemed items under 'MY REWARDS' or the notification sent to your email.

    *Only one (1) discount code can be applied per checkout.

FAQ

I am not able to get to my member’s page.

Click on the B&B Rewards Lab tab at the bottom right of the page and login. You are logged in, tap the B&B Rewards Lab tab again. You should see your Lab Points displayed on the top left when you have successfully log in.

How to earn Lab Points by leaving a review?

Ensure that you are logged in with your BBRL membership account before you leave a review at any of our product page. Go to the product you want to review and type away. You will be rewarded 100 Lab Points per product review.

How to get my birthday gift?

Login to B&B Rewards Lab member’s area and click on Ways to Earn. Look for Happy Birthday. If you already submitted your birthday, there is nothing for you to do here except to wait for your 15% code to show up on your birthday.

How to earn Lab Points by referring a friend?

Login to B&B Rewards Lab member site. Click on Refer A Friend tab. You can share through your social media accounts, email or simply copy the link and send it to your friend. Both you and your friend will be rewarded 50 Lab Points each when your friend signs up.

How to use reward Lab Points?

Login and go to Rewards Lab tab. Your points is shown above this tab. Select from the menu on the right of the tab for the cash reward you can claim with your Lab Points in hand. Click redeem and a code will appear. Use this code during checkout. This code cannot be combined with other codes during check out.
