Domestic Orders (Within Malaysia)
Orders received and paid from Mondays to Thursdays, will be shipped out on the following working day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday or next working day. We will endeavour to ship according to the schedule above, but if for any unforeseen circumstances that we are unable to do so, we will be in touch with you.
Estimated time of arrival at your address:
West Malaysia: 1-3 business days
East Malaysia: 3-5 business days
Due to Covid-19, delivery of your order may take longer than mentioned above.
FREE SHIPPING for all deliveries to addresses with final purchase value of RM100 and above in West Malaysia. Delivery fee of RM10 is chargeable for orders with final purchase value below RM100.
For East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), free delivery for orders with final purchase value of RM250 and above. Delivery fee of RM20 is chargeable for orders with final purchase value below RM250.
* Final purchase value: The nett payable amount at checkout ie. the value of products ordered after the use of promo code (if any) and not inclusive of delivery fee.

Complimentary Samples On All Orders
1) For orders up to RM200, 1 complimentary sachet sample will be included with your purchase.
2) For orders above RM200 and up to RM300, 2 complimentary sachet samples will be included with your purchase.
3) For orders above RM300, 3 complimentary sachet samples will be included with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds
At B&B Labs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We will accept return and refund requests of merchandise purchased from our website (www.bb-labs.com). Return and refund requests for products purchased at other sites will not be entertained.
Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Products
If you have received a wrong / faulty / damaged product, please write to us within 14 days upon receiving the product for a replacement at our cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, like perishable goods, complimentary or clearance items, gift cards, custom products (such as special/seasonal orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
